3. Service Agreement
When you engage our security services:
- A formal service agreement or contract will be created outlining scope, timing, fees, and responsibilities.
- All services are provided in compliance with NSW and Australian security regulations.
- You must provide accurate site access, clear instructions, and a safe working environment for our personnel.
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw service where safety or legal compliance is at risk.
4. Quotes & Payments
- All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Payments must be made as per agreed terms (e.g., upfront, weekly, monthly).
- Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
We accept payment via EFT or other approved methods detailed in your agreement.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- For prepaid services, refunds may be issued based on the unused portion, minus administrative fees.
- Emergency or last-minute cancellations may incur a minimum call-out fee.
6. Liability & Insurance
We carry public liability insurance and ensure all guards are fully licensed and compliant.
However, we are not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Client-provided equipment or property
- Incidents resulting from false information or unsafe site conditions
Clients are responsible for having appropriate site insurance and accurate briefing.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, logos, images, and service descriptions — belongs to Corporate Security Sydney and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are published means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under NSW jurisdiction.
